Ordering/Shipping Information
ORDERING: You can order from the ALBC store in several ways:
By credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) using our secure payment system– Visit any of the ALBC store pages listed at the left, specify a quantity and click the BUY button next to the item. The item will be added to your shopping cart. When you want to view your CART, click Shopping Cart at the top of the page. You will see your shopping cart with a summary of your order and, from there, be able to check out or continue shopping. When you check out, you are taken to a secure payment page where you can pay by credit card.
By phone – Call in your order to (919) 542-5704
By mail – Mail us your order, and
send a check for the item(s), shipping and handling (see the table below),
and .075 % tax if you live in North Carolina to:

When you want to buy an item, specify a quantity and click the BUY button next to the item. The item will be added to your shopping cart. Your running subtotal and the number of items in your shopping cart is shown at the top of the page.
Click the SHOPPING CART link at the top of the page to see what you've ordered, to change any quantities, or to check out.
When you check out, you are taken to a secure payment
page where you can pay by credit card.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping and handling is charged for items purchased from the ALBC store. Shipping/handling costs are as follows:

| $10.01 - $20 | $5.00 |
| $21.01 - $50 | $7.00 |
| $50.01 - $80 | $9.00 |
| $80.01 - $100 | $11.00 |
| Over $100 | $15.00 |
International:
Canada and Mexico: Please add $5.00 to
the above shipping rates.
Other countries: Please add $15.00 to the above shipping
rates. For Noah's Ark Today postage is already included in the item price.
REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Items may be returned within 30 days of order receipt for a refund or replacement.
Items must be in re-saleable condition and purchase price will be refunded to the credit card used. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
